Yes I believe it is possible.
I don't have a tutorial right here and now, but in short:
You need to locate the player in your gamesave DB (in "My Documents").
The path is something like: Users\YourName\Documents\FIFA 16\0\FIFA16\xxxxxxxx\DATA
I think the file is around 7 MB.
Open the file with DB Master and find your player.
