Correct Widths, Lengths

The file needs to be 32 bit bmp (i think png works but havent tried) for all logos and banners.

The Frontend and In-game logos are identical size (128x128) but the front end logo is aligned to the left considerably (had to play with it for quite a while to get it right). The banners are 128x64.
