Sounds like an all-around site, like a big community for different stuff.
I tried signing up but it's pretty much impossible unless you are Korean. They even ask you for your passport number, and you have to send them pictures of it.

I don't know, they won't let you look at the posts unless you are a member. But it's close to impossible to become one.
