Use CG File Explorer 16 to create them. It have scoreboard creator.
Create and import textures there (you will see textures tab) and start moving positions to adjust everything.

No problem mate :) I have 2 more questions.In which tool i can edit pop ups.2.Do you know any other scoreboard server with pop ups support? Because cg file server is not working for me.My game crash after choosing profile

Well popups you must create textures in photoshop and replace them (.big files) with any tool CGFE or Jenkeys tool
Do you use original game or not? I dont know any other selector/server for scoreboards or popups.

You must do again from 0. Insert textures and start again. Probably file got messed up.
Create scoreboard with default font in that creator (champions font) and when you finish just edit overlay 9002 hex edit i will show you how to change font. BUT YOU MUST NOT CHANGE WITH FILE EXPLORER.

Looks like positions are reseted to 0? When you creating scoreboard with CGFE when you do some editing and if you press SAVE, dont continue work. Click LOAD SCOREBOARD and load what you saved and you can continue.
My suggestion is that when you do something little work, save and load.
Also you have in CGFE preview tab where you can see what you did. But have in mind that he doesnt show you right positions in game. Its just template so you can easy move stuff. YOU also must check scoreboard in game to adjust positions when they are moved little bit.

And because you have original game, it shouldnt crash. Something is messed up with game or cgfs. You must find out what you edited that can cause crash or is cgfs properly installed and loaded.
