Is this the official Creation Centre? Because it isn't yet on the official FIFA 2003 website...

Yes that is the official one.

Comes with the readme and details on how to install, so as all the help files.

I do not know if it works with the demo. I tried it with the full version and it works fine. No problems experienced.

I'm sure they will soon update the official website.

I think it's a weird file
Normally EA Sports makes ReadMe files in an other style anw with one large setup. That's what I think...

History proves, that is not actually how EA Sports thinks.

Don't get me wrong, but i don't quite think there will be a swedish verion of creation centre.
