Hello. I have a problem with the Creation Master 11 launch. At the same time, CM 12,13,14, 15 work fine. Has anyone faced such a problem. What do you advise?

I have a problem with CM 11 & CM12, when I executed it like admin it doesn't work never appear on screen, but I execute CM15 & CM16 work fine.
I installed Setup_CM11_Beta_6_0. from here.

It could be :
* fifa 11/12 need be installed with installer: because it may get the filepaths from windows registry
* .net 2.0 may be required
