Does anyone know if there is a problem changing transfer budgets with CM16 during manager career mode? I can edit the budgets fine before starting career mode, but once I start the career mode, none of my budget changes show up in the game.

I can't think of a reason CM16 would not be able to edit budgets of an existing career mode. I have edited others things in the middle of career mode.


My goal is to have a career mode where I change the budgets of most of the teams every offseason for two reasons: 1) so teams that are promoted and relegated have realistic budgets as they rise and fall between leagues, and 2) so there is more money in the leagues I play in so the CPU teams will be more competitive. I have a sliding scale of budgets for every place in the league standings.

Can somebody help me. I got this error when i want to import face.

Can somebody please tell me where did I make an error? I created a team (screenshot below), created players by importing them from the transfermarkt option, linked the kits and when I choose my team and and my opponent the game crashes:

Maybe its a formation problem. When you select Roster tab in CM16,does the formation work correctly ?

I solved the problem by deleting the team and creating it once again but instead of a specific ID i used the Autmatic ID and now it work ok, there's just one thing I need to resolve. Instead of the original name (NK Aluminij Kidričevo) the name show Curico Unido. I'm guessing this should be fixed by editing the database, I just don't know how to do it. Screenshot below:

Yeah thats the common problem. You need to overwire the right file at /loc directory. I dont know the exact names right now,i will tell you them once i will get home to my pc.

Maybe a stupid question but I can only import boots I create as 512 - If I try to import them at any higher resolution when I save the boot it changes to a default Umbro boot and I lose the edit Ive just done. Can anyone explain to me how to import successfully higher res boots - I use CM16 2.0 because CG file explorer is a pain with bump and reflex (always messes them up when converting to dds file).
Any help much appreciated :)

SOLVED!:
For whatever reason, the "Fix Problems"-function of Creation Master 16 2.0, changes some players skintype to skintype 8 - which is nonexistent.

Editing these players with DBMaster --> players table --> skintypecode column, and change the value(s) from 8 to anything lower - fixes the issue. :)

When i edit kits in CM16, and click little button save, CM just close down. When i open CM i see that change i made is saved, but always close down when saving.
What can be problem? I really need CM for editing kits (making combinations is much easier).

this error usually happens when the kit you imported has the texture locked. you can avoid it by
a) unlocking it using Photoshop
b) don't click the preview button

Hello guys, I have a strange problem. I can't import teams or players from transfermarkt because the import window doesn't appear. Is it due to a transfermakt update or just a problem from my computer ?
