This is a problem of the installation package that makes the Creation Master 16 folder not writable. Workaround is to make it writable and give modify rights to users. You can do it manually. Will be fixed in Beta 2.

I need some clarification.
1) You say you got a crash due to formation imported by a CMP patch. Can you let me have the cmp file ?
2) what is "the setting to activate fancard" you mention? I am probably missing it.

I use Windows 10 and can not open the CM16.
Already updated directx, dotnet, and with or without adm.
I do not know what else to do.

I have Win10 to, but I haven't got any problems.

I guess I know the reason of the problem... It happened when I used 'Online update' for have the last update

Just make a folder in /dlc_footballcompeng/dlc/footballcompeng/ :)
It's missing the /data/compdata folders so you have to make them yourself
Inside the footballcompeng folder, make a folder called data, and inside that data folder - make a folder called compdata

Just leave the folders empty, it will work after you have created those 2
