Hi, i've a problem
i formatted my pc, and i reinstalled windows, then origin and the cm16 v.2.0
the same versions, both windows than CM16
when i click on icon, after installation, the CM16 doesn't start: nothin happen at all...
i also tried to install a previous version, but doesn't even work that try...
maybe i miss some frameworks or something else?

Hi everyone!

I am not sure this is the right thread for my question but since it is related to editing teams formations with this tool I give it a try.

Here is the thing, when I edit a team formation, let say Barca to play with a Striker (ST) and a Central forward (CF), in career mode, the CPU always pick Messi as the ST and Suarez as the CF despite I put Messi as the CF in the formation and that Suarez doesn't have the CF as one of is preferred position. I checked both with DBMaster and the team plan in game, Messi has the CF spot.
In the same way, if the Barca formation has two central midfielders (CM), the CPU put Rakitic as the left CM despite I put him on the right in the formation.

Is there anyway to force the CPU to pick a particular player at any position? (ie. Messi as the CF and Rakitic as the right CM?)

Yes. You could also set the CF as a primary position for Messi and ST as a secondary, and do the opposite for Suraez. I'm not 100% procent sure it'll work, but you can try.

Thank you for the suggestion. The thing is I have updated my players ratings and position to the last fifa 19 squad update so Messi positions are currently for me 1st pos: CF; 2nd: RWF; 3rd: ST while suarez has only one position: 1st pos: ST.

But, the cpu in career mode still prefer Messi as a ST and Suarez as a CF...

It should be possible to lower those numbers via DB Master. Search for the players table and there you can find playerjointeamdate and contractvaliduntil. Keep up the awesome work. I'm really looking forward to play your mod in the future.
