So we know that with the help of Revolution Mod, Internal Master and possibly CM16, we can assign specific faces (along with) other attributes to your career mode youth players.
I have one face that I made for my career, I'll post it here later. I know a few others who've got custom "fantasy" faces created for this purpose as well.
So this thread is open for everyone to post their work, not just me. Should be fun to have custom faces for the players, especially for those who mainly play career mode once they're done with Ultimate Team (like me).
Need not just be a download archive, comments and suggestions are welcome.
EDIT (10/12/2016): How to assign the face to your Youth Player
1. Note down the ID of the team you are managing and the Jersey numbers of the players you wish to add faces to. You can find your club's team ID using either CM16 or sofifa.com
2. Launch Internal Master 12. Open your FIFA16 xml file (located at data/db) with IM12 and next select your Career Mode save from your Documents FIFA16 Folder. Check whichever is the last Career Mode Save by trial and error.
3. Locate the table named teamplayerlinks (or something like that, it should be in DB2). Sort this table according to the Team ID.
4. Locate your team ID and check the players jersey numbers. Find the jersey numbers of the players you had noted down earlier and note down their Player IDs.
5. Launch CM16. Create a new player, add his ID as the player you want to add a face to. You need not add all his other details. Import all the face files. Exit CM16 without saving.
If you have more than one youth player to add a face to, just change the ID in CM16 and import the files associated with that player. Just remember NOT to save. You may also add lua assignments if the hair colour issue and face texture issue appears.
Alternatively you can also manually copy and paste the face files after renaming them to match the player IDs. I just find the above method less tedious.
