Cyber Faces Converter not working

I'm trying to put me, my brother, and two friends' faces in FIFA 12 and have gone through all the steps but get stuck at the one where you convert the 3DS .cff file to .rx3.

This is the error I get once I press to convert:

You didn't install both version of slimdx(2.0 and 4.0)

Well I had 4.0 installed. I installed 2.0 and still get the same error, but I have not restarted my computer yet. Does it make a difference?

Install slimdx and you'll solve this problem. 2.0 and 4.0 - just try to install these two versions http://slimdx.org/releases.php

i have the same problem. I have installed 2.0 and 4.0 and net Framework 4.0

help me,I have installed slimdx 2.0 and 4.0 but

Try to install notepad ++ and then open cff file with notepad ++ and then click search (or Ctrl + H) when you open your cff file and put change points . to comas , and click change everything and save and then try to convert again just change all points to comas in cff file and then save - should work.
