Just select a country and then select a league within that country.
Per example: Click on Germany -> First Division -> Leverkusen and then you select a player.

I know man. But CM 15 has errors and can not select "online updates" worked only now, when I reinstalled the game without even re moddingway mod, which also has a lot of mistakes, but I am using it since the FIFA 14

I don't know what are you trying to do. You don't need 'online updates'. You just copy the patch and then run the ModdingWay Installer and then just select which database you want to use from the Selector.
