Db Master 1.0 Question!? Editing my players

Hello, in DB Master I edited Crouch to be skinny and long sleeve for beckham and crouch but ingame the changes do not appear.. Can some one please help out, thank you. Am i supposed to load it afterwards or soemthing? i edit file called fifa in cmn folder
