Hi Hercules, i've another probelm, I transfered figo and zidane into my career team (aston villa) but when i tried to load the career file, the game crashed and automaticall closed itself. Is there anything i can do or do i have to replace the fifa.db file from my CD?

how do i edit the skill number of a player in euro 2004?

no matter what i do my created player doesnt have a head on the game.
assigning new ID faces
Hercules , I have used the superpatch from fifamania to import the correct names and faces of Holland players in the game.
They put the textures of the players in the main directory without compressing.They also use the faces of FIFA2004.
Now I also put some new faces (from fifa2004 ) in the main directory , and assigned free ID to the players.
I also edited the texturesnumbers to the same as the ones which were free in DBedit.
The faces now appear correctly in the game , but after ending the first game it returns to windows.What did I do wrong?
In my opinion I do the same thing as the patchmakers which works ok.The only point by importing textures from Fifa2004 is the black fingers.
Please help.

I downloaded them from several sites to be used for FIFA2004.
But it seems that my problem is solved.
After re-installing EURO2004 the problem occurred again.
Then I cleaned my hd from all patches like ultima2004 , and superpatches and also used regedit to clean the remainings of those patches in the registry , I finally installed the no-cd patch.
After all those actions I installed FIFAMANIA EURO 2004 SUPERPATCH 1.0 and 5 additional faces of V.Hooydonk,Robben,van der SAr, Bouma and Heitinga(alldirectly copied in the main directory).
It seemes to work fine after playing about 5 games.
Hopefully this can help more people.
By the way : I assigned free ID to those 5 players using DBedit 3.1.
I must say that I admire the knowledge of people like Hercules to be able to make such editors.
It only is pitty not to be able to have a preview of the faces in the editor.

I wanted to ask something about shoecolor in euro 2004. Can you explain the fact that you can select just white (1) and black (2) colors for shoes? The other colors just seem not to work... If you choose another color (different from black or white) then the game just ignores the choice and puts black shoes anyway!
This is a matter of the game obviously, not of the database but it's curious, I can't understand...
