default formation

hey mates..
can someone tell me how to set default formation in CM11, and make it as default for all teams they haven't their own.
I've deleted my default 4-4-2, so I got players on the pitch no more

use a backup formations table from a clean db & add the 4-4-2 line to your formations table w/ excel.

I've made a cmp file of internationals..and a few teams still dont have a formation..
could you fix that..i cant make it right.
it doesnt matter what formation is, make it 4-4-2 for all pls if its not a big time -loosing for u..

to change a teams formation say from 4-4-2 to 4-4-1-1
choose a formation from preset (pic 2) click copy
player formation screen will change
change where it says name to whatever formation you have chosen
