how the hell do you delete a player? Just started a new game with Steaua and Cyril Thereau is listed twice? What do I do? I can't figure out how to delete him thru FM editor? thx

not sure that you can mate...did you mess around with the database with the editor before hand?

If not then its a pretty wierd bug by SI....

yea, I tried deleting him but it wouldn't let me.... I guess I could change him to another player but still..... there has to be a way through the editor?

would it work if I chose to change his age to really old so he would retire?

through the editor there is definitly an option to retire a player

its somewhere there but juts choose a date like August 1st 2006

I only see international retirement though, so he could be at the club still....


after I save the new database, do I overwrite the original one or not?

Yeah, I have him twice in my game too. One Cyril in the first team, another one in the reserves. :D

Just retire him, there are quite a lot of ''double'' players in this version. Some guy is twice at Zwolle, Ibrahim Maroufi is at both Inter and PSV (although spelled Maaroufi at PSV)
