Demo Won't Start With Gamepad

I have an instant crash right at Messi screenshot. I tryed to replace buttonDataSetup.ini and rename to buttonData.ini from fifa 14 in fifa 15 demo folder and replaced buttonDataSetup.ini documents/ fifa15 in demo folder with the one from fifa 14. Same result. Even changed the name in registry from "Turbo Pad" in "Logitech Dual Analog" and still nothing. Game still crashes. If i disconnect the "Turbo Pad" gamepad from the USB game works like a charm with the other gamepad "Thrustmaster Dual Trigger 3 in 1" but with the other no chance. I need 2 gamepads cause i like to play fifa demo 1vs1 offline. Any solution to make it work? I mention the "Turbo Pad" Gamepad works like a charm in Fifa 14.

Update: I disconnected "Turbo Pad" Gamepad and connected another one "USB Generic Joystick" Gamepad "Genius Maxfire Grandias 12" and still the same problem. Game works only with the thrustmaster one.
Plugged 2 thrustmasters: "Dual Trigger 3 in 1" and "Firestorm Dual Power" and both works but "Firestorm Dual Power" is verry huge, old and almost unusable so i must make at least one of the others work, please help.

I tryied that too but seems that is another problem. My gamepads blocks game to start, that thread is about configuration. Sorry and thanks for any solution.

UPDATE:

STRANGE issue now:
I disconnected ALL gamepads from the PC and plugged them all one by one...HUGE surprize... ALL of them works now with fifa 15 now but only if they are plugged only, no matters in what USB slot. If i connect the any of the thrustmasters single or combined they works but if i connect one thrustmaster combined with the TURBO PAD or with Genius gammepad, the game crashes... Any ideeas?

I figured the problem at last, after all i realised that no matters what gamepads i plug in any USB, all of them works and are reconized correctly BUT the problem that nobody mentioned anywhere is that FIFA 15 Demo ( not sure about the the full version yet) DOES NOT ACCEPT MORE THAN 2 GAMEPADS CONNECTED IN THE SAME TIME.
