the ball rises way too slowly i want to be able to shoot like a rugby conversiopn cos in fifa max powered shots barely go over and u see the keeper doing his ballet thing. shoot height is way to fixed just as everything in this goddamn game. there has to be flexibility ie the power to be crap and great fifa only gives you the power to be good or average. i am trying to see if there are other shooting stles cos it would totally increase the excitement of the game. the lob shots are either underplayed or well played in fifa wile in real life and pes u always seem to overplay.

You just want them to rise quicker and end up higher overall. Fair enough.
On a side note, look at shot accuracy for players. Lots of low numbers provided by EA. For example, Mihajlovic on Inter, Long Shot Accuracy of 81 Shot Accuracy of 30. Shot Power of 96.

So now it is only using the AI settings in the AI.INI file in the INI.BIG.
I have been messing around with both today. Not sure which one has the control over the game. For instance, to enable CPU subs, I changed the setting in the CONFIG.DAT AI.INI. But some of the other things I have been changing don't seem to have any effect.
I have seen that you are doing your AI.INI changes in the INI.BIG.
If this does indeed nullify the "conflicting" AI.INI's that would be excellent.
So the CPU still subs with the DO SUBS setting changed in the INI.BIG AI.INI and with the CONFIG.DAT AI.INI blank?

if you wait tonight between 3-4 hours i shall realease and ultimate patch like none before. the keepers are now very aggresive now you can lob them way off their line.i coulda sent it now but for realy wierd reasons the crosses are always at knee height? even though the height is 35 for min_height. ah well see u tonight i guess

I think that there is no hury , just make a great gameplay man.You now the old saying:"Haste makes waste".So keep your time and be sure that all is perfect 
And another thing.The fact that the goalkeeper plays the ball all the way trough the oposite 16 yard it's not very realistic.

hey guys i am almost done. i have had so little sleep since yesterday. the main problem are the collisions. at first when th keper touches the ball it flies like crazy, same with the defenders. also the throwing is done to feet so they aint high enough. now tat i seem to have resolves the goalie crisis whenever the ball gets out of the field the game crashes. i am now so fustrated i dont know what to do. if anyone is intrested in looking at the code please feel free to ask.
more good news. goalie aggression is perfect. dribbling more realistic now players try to balance before hitting that scorcher. speed affects shooting.
chip_flick: this is amove i created to emulate the raise bal skill in pes. its simple, you are 30 yards out the defenders are deep(obscuring goalie vision) tap the lob button lightly and the player chips the ballclose to ches level infront of you(some times slightly behind hence HANDBALL!!), now all you have to do is smash that shot button to volley in your shot. the new back spin values ensure the ball loops over most of the defenders.(wanyne dooney vs newcastle anyone?!)

i am the maker and i cant wait toplay my first match. also coming soon super dramatic career mode: lasts 25 years, no player re-births so all players would be different. constant pursuit of the media. fluctuating morale and chemistry. (actually for a beta version extract the career.ini file in the config.dat file i posted earlier.
