I did a screenshot of your kits mate:
As you can see the Palermo logo in the shorts is put by the game. I don't know if it should be left (your version) or right side (EA version), but I think there is something in the db to tell the game where to put it. Meanwhile, maybe, you should make the shorts without the logo

if the winged collar is to be drawn on the kit & we dont have collar selection this year,
my advice to you is to find an ea kit & try to clone the collar.
so all winged collars look the same.
maybe i will make a collar psd, so everyone can just apply a collar to a kit when the kit is 99% finished.
