I did tried to merge Daniele de Rossi' beard with Andrea Pirlo' hair but it gives me a error when I try to import it in CM. So I guess you can only do this with bald players if you want a beard or only change the blue and red alpha of two different players?

Maybe you didn't export it correctly. Is de rossi's beard part of the red alpha ir blue. If it's red, then that could be the issue. Because you'd be merging two red alphas. So in effect the two hairs would try to acquire details from the same alpha simultaneously which could cause the error. Maybe you can try recolouring one of the red alphas as blue using photoshop. Or try importing the hair manually into the fifa directory

He's physically strong on the ball, he shields play fantastically. He's very
tactically aware to the point he can play at the front of a diamond in a
supporting role.
His energy is intense, He's the postcard Brendan player and adds so much
to our movement as an attacking threat from both sides of the pitch. He is
also very good in a defensive sense, he's even played wingback for Liverpool
before now. His sheilding is what I like about him the most, he puts
himself between player and ball, backing into the player and holding onto
posession so well. You'll rarely see him give it away. He'll either win a free
kick or missplace a pass.
The way we're playing football is a work of art this season and I'm so glad
he's fitted the structure under Brendan Rodgers. He's come so far since he
was knowcking 5 in a game for the reserves.
