Happy New years to everybody!

GFX Lod doesn't work anymore for me. When I press ctrl+T nothing happens and the voice "step 1 ok" is not turning on.

After it the game is stuttering and eats around 70% of memory and becomes unplayable for 5,6 minutes.

It used to work well before and I didn't have any problem with it since it was firstly implemented for FIFA 17.

Camera mods work well

Is there any newer version of the GFX Lod or so?

Yeah GFX Mod doesn't work with latest updates of FiFA 18, which is kinda sad.

@Fidel Gameplay Thanks Fidel for all your work. As others have said is there a chance of making your LOD mod work with the latest version of FIFA 18? It is by far my favourite mod and would love it to work with the latest update.

I don't seem to be having any issue with the LOD mod working with the latest update... if you have, try removing the mod (or deleting the moddata file completely) and then reinstalling it. Are you having issues with other mods? In what way is it not working; for instance, is it crashing the game, or is it simply not increasing/modifying the LOD?

It just doesn't work.

I reinstalled the mod, deleted temporary files, reinstalled the game and now I cant even hear "Step One Okay". Pressing CTRL+U still gives the "Activated sound" but nothing changes.


And the mod had issues with Dx11 to begin with. Sometimes it worked but other times LODs didn't max out in Dx11. But it worked fine in Dx12. And now after updates, the mod doesnt even work with Dx12, let alone Dx11.

Hello Fidel and everyone, a late Merry Christmas!! Can´t wait to try out the new gp. I´ve been using it for years but right now i´m using only the GP CAM mod with broadcast view(as usual). I would not be playing FIFA without it. Thank you.
I was wondering if it would be better for future gp mods to be created using the OP Community Sliders as base. (if applied) We would have some kind of unified experience.
On last thing, i´ve been away for a while and i am a little confused about the dbs. Is this CM16/CM18 the app that will create Moddingway Mod? Are modders working together on a super patch with new teams, leagues, kits, stats, custom tactics and so on?
Your dbs are very good but a shame youth players are born with a great discrepancy from it. Any solution yet?

The CM16DB18 converter tool isn't only for modders, but also for normal users in order to easy edit main db or roster db.
Is required only to read and follow some steps, but after one and two times you will understand perfectly how it work.

I've already shared tips about player young regen values stored in the main db to edit and fix youth players attributes like the gp.
Anyway I suggest to always skip players regenerated (in career mode you can check these players with stupid miniface generated by the game) because they are with 0 styles. Prefer to buy an put in your team a good young player already in the COM db and already processed with gp evo + gameplayzer.

Sorry I think isn't possible. And I don't know if possible to edit squads save file or if one discovered a way to edit rosters.
I think this is the only way to do some tweaks in the ps4 game.
Or buy a great desktop PC and an professional gamepad and enjoy the FIFA 18 PC MODDED.

when i try to run your GFX LOD Tweaker, Windows Defender warn about that .exe file is trojan: win32/fuery.a!cl
Is there anything to do or should you check that maybe ?

I agree with those ugly generated players. Besides, i never get to play CM for more than 4 years so i guess i will start to use the full mod and forget the regens. Thanks again for your attention.

I don't know if EA blocked all mods with latest update. My game is on update 3 atm.
Anyway with Frosty is very easy to edit GFX PLAYER LOD SETTINGS IN GP CAM:
Open interested files with Frosty Editor and check my already shared values to patch lod settings.
Save you mod, run with FMM. Check this pic it will help you:

in the pic you can see the file to open and values to edit in order to patch lod.

One issue: i think one of your lines from locale.ini is "filling" the RAM until the game crashes (after 20-25 min with 16GB of RAM installed).
any idea which is that line mate?

I'm not having this issue mate.
Are you using ReShade or something like that?.
Also make sure not to have many other programs running, specially internet browsers such as Chrome. Close everything. You could also try using ProcessHacker and once FIFA is running, set it to Real Time and Highest Priority and tick the "save for this program" option.
Oh, last but not least, try not to ALT+TAB when running FIFA. It crashed for me a couple of times when I doing that.
