I started playing The Journey yesterday for the first time. I had never tried it on FIFA 17 nor in FIFA 18 either. It was surprisingly better than what I expected, it actually felt entertaining.
Played about 10 matches (played the first two matches for LA GALAXY), and I thing I noticed is that the gameplay itself in The Journey is a lot better than on normal friendly matches or Career Mode matches.
All players move smoothly, animations are better, dribbling is a lot better too.
Do you feel the same way or is it just me? Is there anyway we can take that an have the same type of gameplay for the rest of the game modes?

Kim will be added in the next COM version,
but will be processed with gp evo + gpz, so I'll add styles and traits as usual
because there are 0 traits and styles in default version.
Investigating journey files to reply to this new sg forum user who are asking about Kim Hunter:
I discovered a way to get the full journey gameplay + animations for the default game in career mode etc.
The Journey gp + new animations will be added and included in new special patched COM squads file to load.
You can check the difference in kit select screen:
FIFA18 DEFAULT ANIMATIONS (players never watch face to face)
FIFA18 MODDED ANIMATIONS
when I load Hybrid COM/Journey squads I see:
home and away different and modded animation + players are now amazingly face to face and move differently
You can see new animations also during the gameplay.
This because the game will now recognize COM squads as Journey squads and boom.....
...the Journey main flow is now enabled in all game modes.
This db is not updated and it's only a little demostration.
Anyway don't worry because very soon you can try out.

You are with Hunter and Danny and you lost the match, this because:
(skip name because not default - this kid player is already in COM kids squads but with realistic stats and play as C B )
