The link code will be generated? You can see in the code in the MsgBox and in the txt file generated?
Share the patch folder where is installed/placed your Origin.exe - generally is: CProgram Files (x86)\Origin (default folder)
because Origin client is a 32bit app.
Probably you have installed Origin in another place. (I'll release an update in the code to retrieve also Origin patch folder).
In this case you can just adjust the real patch folder where is installed Origin in your pc:
and so edit the FIFA18MOD shortcut with new patch info.
Or go in folder where is installed/placed your Origin.exe, right click it and from menù click send to desktop create shortcut
Follow steps and on step 3 paste code in this shortcut you have created before.

Very strange because tested FLCG in 6 PCs with Win 7 -10 (origin+fifa) and perfectly working.
If you have a protection in you pc allow full control from my tools.
Let me know if solved.

From pics it's easy to understand what is called cpu cheat or teleport overpowered tackle it's only the cpuai reaction speed and marking and space.
For this reason I have always said to play at lower levels than legendary diff level (max WC).
Anyway this post makes us think of a new way of editing gp, start editing the gp based on professional and world class
difficulty level in order to get strong marking defence like legendary but all reaction speed to semi-pro/pro/wc.
.....but this has already been done in my gameplay mods but anly some users understand.

so I suggest to read all comments and post from me, pedrito, bangus to enjoy the game.
Also for me in some pc my gp is completely not working for what I understand.
Probably not installed properly or in online mode completely overwrited by gameplay remote package if online.

Honestly really good find there and I agree that in Professional, there are no magnetic tackles and the game feels fine. However it's still too easy in Professional. Is there a way to make a good AI attack intelligence and aggressive defensive AI on professional and make user passing harder? That would be amazing. Right now in Professional, I easily win matches 5-0.

Fidel, when you say editing gp, are you talking about editing player ratings and team values? Or do you mean you are editing the game coding itself that determines those 5 difficulty perimeters? I assume you mean the first one, but I thought I would ask.

You provided a tutorial to tweak animations, that's an example of what I mean by editing the game coding itself. I'm still trying to find the time to look into that. You're always 20 projects ahead of everyone. Amazing stuff.

Not valid code (pressed a key or mouse during code clean in notepad auto):

Right now in Professional, I easily win matches 5-0.

1. Raise CPU Speed and Accel sliders 5-10 points higher than USER sliders.
2. Raise CPU GK ability slider.
3. Lower CPU pass error and shot error sliders.
4. And raise USER pass error and shot error sliders, and play using all-manual controls.

Goodbye 5-0 wins.

And there are other sliders you can tweak, like first touch control error and the positioning sliders. Also, there are a whole bunch of player and team db edits one can do in order to greatly increase CPU attack mentality and aggression. But sliders are quickest and easiest, and they will work.

CM16 TO 18 DB CONVERTER TOOL - Video Preview

To bangus and whole community: you can finally edit the whole players table by using the CM16 GUI interface, also check at global overall ratings sliders in order to adjust ovr for an entire league, just amazing.
Start adjusting visual appaerence for players with generic faces. Check video to understand how to use and convert table.
To see gfx preview are required FIFA 16 files in the folder.

...working hard and first beta version it's almost ready.
You can start editing the whole players.txt table (the most big and complicated) and teamplayerlinks in the CM16 and in some click the tool provide to extract, convert tables and import in the 18 game database or squads db ready to play.
Many updates will be published asap and in the future the tool will be able to create gameplay template to inject in db tables, full customization tool interface, and total 100% conversion.
The database included in the pack and ready to edit include 18 latest squads update and you can start edit.
I'm finalizing some features adn optimize convert time and decrease like -50% time you see in the video.

If you already converted a 18 db to 16 because editing with CM16 (like Ariel & staff for moddingway mod):
you need only to adjust the BASE_players.xlsx (template to conver 16 table to 18) in order to match same
players numbers (rows). Just replace related 16 database to read and 18 db to write in related folders,
run the tool, enjoy converted players.txt table ready to import.

I've worked hard and I'm very busy and no time atm to make documentation etc.
Anyway the use is very easy and fully automatic.
I'll upload asap during this week the first pack. I'm also trying another way to edit tables without Excel,
but beleave me the tool do the job very amazing and precisely. But atm Excel is required (tested on 2007 only).

The tool pack will be out with basic information in order to use with any issue.

We will be able to edit the Squads file with this? So that we can keep the real db intact and play online but change the squads db so that we can play with custom squads in offline modes?

You said we can import it to squads db. So it will be great if its really possible to keep main db intact.
