I'm just negative against slider or DB editing to slow the game down..

the reason being; is that you should match everything perfectly even if it's possible.. everything including the ball physics like shots, crosses and passes to controlling the ball animations, gk dives, dribbling speed and agility etc..

I think there's no magic line to implement that gamespeed changes..

edit: what I said is bullshit...the game itself has speed settings; fast-normal and slow paced.. so there must be a line /value/multiplier to alter the whole speed of the game.. it slows the game down to a certain point on replays for example.. we only need to find it..

just occured to me, there was a program we used to run when we want to slow down Pes6.. gamespeedchanger or what? I'm gonna try it as soon as I've got the time.. not tonight I guess..

I used and still use but only for pes15 CMSPEEDER2KXP (windows 7 included too). As usually, a false positive is prompted when you will open this program (because of dtr.dll and hook.dll). If you want i will upload or send via PM. Regarding fifa15....slowing down a slider (acceleration or speed) will affect in a negative sense entire gameplay, so you need a program to slow down game per ansamble. For that, I use Cheat Engine . Yes, many will say that is not working, but I will give you a hint (in memory of a holiday on Thassos-although I was mad at you for a specific post above).
1.Open CheatEngine and let opened for now;
2.Open fifa via Origin (settings is opened first then start game);
3.Just before main screen of game will appear, fast go to CE, press "Select a process to open" and select fifa15.exe/Enable speedhack/Apply.
This step must be performed almost simultaneously
4.Game will load, but you can Alt+Tab/go to CE and set the speed you want.
5.Enjoy!
(I discovered myself this trick, so I don`t have to give credits to anybody)

Well there are no magic cl.ini codes to reduce speed if that's what you're waiting for. Sliders, game speed setting and db edits... those are the three options to slow the game speed down.

But it isn't just about speed. Things like lowering the pass speed slider and raising the pass error slider, and suddenly the CPU can't ping-pong down the pitch completing pass after pass. Lowering Vision and Reaction ratings. Editing players work rates so they're high defend, low attack. Editing team formations and tactics, and making them more defensive. These are all ways to slow down the CPU attack and force the CPU to stop relentlessly pushing forward.

Yes it's work and I spent hours testing and making edits to my game. And now I'm 100% happy with the results, best football experience ever for me. And game speed is about the least of the issues, it's actually one of the easiest game issues to fix. The strange screwed-up GK behaviour this year... now THAT'S an issue that needs fixing.

This year and so far, in my opinion, there are two competing versions of gameplay: Fidel`s version 2.6 and Paulv2k4’s version2. I played dozens of games with both versions, offline and online too, and I am, let`s say, satisfied. The only thing missing is camera angle on the ground.

If you want your team attacking:

Use d-pad all out attack.
Edit formation and move players forward.
Edit player instructions to join the attack.
Raise Line Height slider.

Sliders help a lot. To get more players forward to attack, raise the Line Height slider. To get more players back to defend, lower the Line Height slider. When I play defense, I have Line Height at 20, Line length at 0, and use d-pad park the bus tactics.

The number of players who will join the attack depends on a number of things, including formation, player work rate, and player role. CB for example is programmed to stay back when attacking. But if you switch to an RWB RB LB LWB back line setup, your defenders will move in to help attack.

For me, Fidel's new 3.0 is the best overall GP Evo file. Cheats appear to be gone finally, and CPU game play is nicely varied and not too attack-heavy, just the right difficulty, for me anyway. I play on a modded Legendary difficulty that plays more like World Class, and the difficulty level is perfect for me.

Save and backup your FIFA 15 folder after each update. Then simply remove your current FIFA 15 folder and replace it with your preferred backup folder.

For me, Fidel's new 3.0 is the best overall GP Evo file. Cheats appear to be gone finally, and CPU game play is nicely varied and not too attack-heavy, just the right difficulty, for me anyway. I play on a modded Legendary difficulty that plays more like World Class, and the difficulty level is perfect for me.

Are you using his db too? If not, what modifications have you made? I really like 3.0 but it doesn't feel perfect, though maybe that's because i'm playing on 1.4..

Adjusted all formations, moving the back line up and assigning attack instructions to all backs. Edited all other players to high defend low attack work rates. Adjusted all teams' aggression and passing tactics. Let's see what else...?

I paid 70 bucks for FIFA 15, I'm gonna do what's needed to make this sucker play a decent game of football.

Actually very happy with the game play now, best FIFA experience ever for me... even if my PC can only handle it on min graphic settings.

What to do if it is too late for that already? I didnt made a backup on 1.3...
