this probably does not exist. at least in the public domain. facemakers use Blender for these purposes

You can actually convert fifa 15 head models to fifa 14 with Creation Master. Just load it and save.
The texture is identical between 15 and 14, the only thing that needs to be added is the hair.

UEFA CL 2010-2015 and 2015-20 periods are added into my mod in work and already into @Jbou41 addon.

National teams are implemented too for 00"s and 2010"s

Libertadores is for me not in plan, completely away from my projects sorry

agree with this, this is lot of work and almost impossible due to kits to make and space in the database, @GIGGIRIVA team has to work I think on clubs periods 80's - 90s expansion, and on european clubs teams from the 60's and 70's this is their priorities and we are all waiting for this.
Personnally, I prefer to focus on adding more World Cup qualifiers teams (example I have added World Cup 2014 and 2018 with top3 UEFA qualifiers group teams, was hoping to add 4th placed) to expand World Cup qualifiers (that's more realistic) rather than adding continental tournaments like Copa America etc. Sorry

Although Copa America could be. It is the oldest continental tournament and the number of teams is small; depending on the period 4 to 12 teams + Copa America Centenario where 16 teams were taken. It's a slightly different world. Pele and Maradona never won the Copa America. I'm not even talking about Leo Messi, we all know that. At one time, Brazil had a completely different team there than at the World Cup. I would be in favor, even as a separate database.
As for the rest, I agree, the more so that looking for Afghan squads for the 1950s Asia Cup is not pleasant and the interest would be negligible.

In that case they could add the american cup of the 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s and 2010s as well as the UEFA Nations Cup, they don't have to add the world cups from 2010 onwards because both the 2010 and 2014 World Cup are already inside the patch. Regarding the space it would be nice to know how much is the maximum number of teams that can be introduced?

High performing incredible compilation you have made, it would be good to add with the years those historical teams as well as to extend the decade of the 1905-10, 1915-20s, 1925-30's since there are only national teams and in those times there were great clubs.

It is not only La Liga but most of the teams in the European leagues and some in the world such as Santos, Independiente and Botafogo that were great teams in their time and are not in the patch and yes in the last two decades the Spanish league was considered the best league in the world.
