My time on Fifa Editing has been ended. I decided going to "retired".
2020 is my 12 year of facemaking and last..
This decision is final. I never back to face making.
I not have time, motivation... And many, many obligation on my "real" life. Thanks for all people who supported me and my works.

In the classic patch there is a team called Zaria Voroshilovgrad. They won the Soviet first division title in
1972 so they are in the 1970-75 section. Anyway, there were a bunch of players missing. I tried to find as many as I could find who played during that period. Here is the list I came up with:

"Choose one decades DB and click on “extract here” and overwrite all. The DB are located in FIFA 14/Game/Data.

(You will find old databases in "- DB old" folder and should extract the file in the "data" folder. Old DLC files are in "- DLC old" and should be extracted in "game" folder.)

as hard as i try to play and like this game (fifa 14) because of this mod over the past few months it simply doesn't work with me... gameplay is dreadful... it makes me feel sad and angry at the same time seeing THE BEST MOD EVER MADE FOR ANY FOOTBALL GAME wasted on such a bad game like fifa 14, one of the worst fifa's ever.
is there any similar mod for fifa 12, 11 or even 13? how hard would be to convert this mod for any of previous fifa games?

Would any of those games be much better than FIFA 14? I feel FIFA 14 is more of an incremental improvement over those ones you mentioned. Yes 14 is dated especially compared to 16 but 14 is still a fantastic and pretty faithful sim compared to 11, 12 or 13.
They were developing this patch for 16 but I'm not sure if they still are.
I don't know why it's not working. I don't have it by one decade. This is what I have:
That looks like the older version. Have you extracted any of those .rar files before? If not, just right-click on the one you want and choose "Extract here" and overwrite if asked.
If you have already done that or if it doesn't solve it, I have no idea what causes the problem
