I think i found the solution! i send you my own creation WC 98 and WC 2002 Tell me if its good for you guys, im just an amateur for this. Thanks to @Derbyoflove for the tuto!

Still one club and it's done maybe bonus 2 promoted clubs from Belgian 2nd league 88 89?? Germinal Ekeren and RFC Seraing? they have become regular clubs in the 90's in first league after their promotion at the end of the season 88 89

anyway amazing work on them

guessing which league next... Portugal? Scotland? Spain?
