my suggestion is that you work a little on the shape of the head, not completely similar

I think you could find a more up to date hair model and make the texture more dark.
Update the texture with better quality eyebrows and neutralize some of the saturation around the eyes and cheeks.
Try to add more wrinkles and a bit more beard would be cool.

Also you should add some opacity to the tattoo. It's too dark at the moment.

Nice start though.
