Editing a country???

Is it possible to edit a country's or create a new one because i cant seem to do it i see that its possible to edit the national team name but not the countrys??

you can rename the country by going to database\countries.txt

but you can't add or dit the countries because the flags are hardcoded inside the game
the only thing you can do is changing Palestinian Territories into Palestine for example

you can also edit a country, i have done it with the netherlands, now i have a 1-1-1-1-1-8 system with relegation and stuff, all working perfectly in my opinion
