Editing Career Saves?

Hello guys,
I wanted to ask if there is a possible way to edit career save files. I've just downloaded Internal Master 12 and I'm able to view the database inside the career file without problems, however I can't edit the tables.

Is someone working on a program which can achieve that? Is it possible using a hex editor?

You need to post this in the CM 13 thread, a bunch of new posters on the forum are wondering why CM 13 crashes when they try to edit their career files. (Y)
