In the game you have only 5 players on the bench to choose from for a substitution... is there any way to change this by editing one of the data files with NotePad or another program? I think you should have atleast 7 players to choose from like in World Cup Qual. 11 starters, 7 players on the bench, 3 substitutes...

I tried doing that with UniDB once by changing the players position from 33 (reserve) to 32 (bench) in the fifa.db, and in creation centre they appear then on the bench but when you select the team in Fifa itself the game crashes back to desktop when loading the match with the modified team, so I guess it's either impossible, or no one has found a way yet.

And with the Fifa 06 demo out now, and full game soon I guess that unfortunately not much people are still going to search for the hidden secrets of Fifa2005 :(
