Editing localization for UEFA Euro 2012?

Hello everyone. Since there has been released new unofficial patch, some things in Euro 2012 DLC are being broken after install.

How can I edit localization text? What tools should I use and where I can find them (many links are broken and many tools wont work on Windows 10 properly)?

Also, is it possible to add my edited localization as a new one, without replacing/editing existant?
