FIFA 11 console file structure isn't exactly as the FIFA 10 console file structure.

The fifa.exe would most likely have to be modified. Good luck with that

I friend of mine made a program for opening the sbs files(now in data5.big) that contain the speech of the commentators and the rx3 files and i made a patch for fifa 10 pc for myself.I opened fifa 10 xbox's files using these programs.But i thought i would never ever need these programs anymore and i deleted them :D
