1.0.1 will only get updates to be compatible with newer EA Titelupdates (so you can continue your career after a titelupdate).. But there will no squadupdates for 1.0.1 because that wouldnt make sense.. You'll always need to start a new career if the squadfile has new features/changes.

I've did the same last year with like 10 sub versions... so dont worry 1.0.1 will get titelupdate-updates till the latest titel update for FIFA 21 ;) ;)

I know that a titelupdate happend today... so dont worry you can continue your journey in 1.0.1 when I've updated the fifamods later today. :)

There was a Titel Update (#12) today. I've reuploaded EEP 1.0.1 and 1.1 so all of your careers can be continued... There aren't any new features in the fifamod. Its only a update to work with latest FIFA Update.
I've fixed a bug in EEP manager (when you transfered a player he was always on loan) you can also fix high-wages now.

Also redownload the EEP Theme file... The DL is inside the Download of 1.0.1/1.1..
How to install if you have the outdated EEP in your ModManager:
1) Open ModManager and delete the outdated (EEP / Theme Addon for Titel Update 11) EEP Mod
2) Download the EEP and if you want also the Theme Addon for Titel Update 12
3) Extract the RAR and import only the fifamod (the ModManager has currently a bug that importing a RAR file into it will end in "there was a error. please check the log file"...
4) Apply the FIFAMod
5) Launch

If there is any problem please close FIFA and click on the arrow button next to button "launch" to start with the option "Delete FIFAModData and launch"... Also keep an eye that mods like FCB Facepack, Adiosz Bootpack etc. are updated too. If something is not working for you please try without any other mods and (if it still not work) with a reinstalled FIFA before posting here.. Thanks! :)

Hello, I have played a career mode with Boca Juniors, I won the libertadores and in December the club world cup did not appear

As I told you above nothing is changed. Also its not possible to add/remove tables of existent files. So 1.0.1 doesnt have teamkits table, 1.1 does. If you dont have a teamkits table you didnt started with 1.1.
