Boca wants to win to not lose the track of the championship and await for a loss of Independiente to reach the top. River wants to win to spoil the party for Boca, even though River isn't close to the top they won't waste another chance.

Boca seems completely lost Banega was the only one trying to do anything, Carrizo hardly had contact with the ball, even though that still would be hard even if Boca was attacking.
In River good match of Ortega and Falcao, the kid Buonanote is brave but evidently lacks physical strenght yet.

And what was to be expected, Boca people is throwing the seats to other stands.

And full time, River won 2-0. Either Ortega or Buonanote the man of the match.

On the second half River tried to humillate Boca with "olé olé" here and there and they did, however they couldn't get another player of Boca sent off, but Boca got full of yellow cards. Hopefully now the exit of the supporters won't have any trouble. Boca was totally clueless the whole match probably River should've scored 1 or 2 more goals.

And so the table for both teams now that the matchday finished. Independiente lost and wasted the chance of going farther on the top meanwhile Lanús and moves 1 spot in front of Boca, Argentinos Juniors lost the chance of sharing the 3rd place with Boca and River gets a bit closer to the top.
