I don't think it was accidental, politicians are liars and can't be trusted.

Nobody knows what goes on behind the scenes or what someone's personal agenda is and what they stand to gain from doing something.

We don't know what was in those emails and exactly who got their hands on them.

It is not psychotic but it won't matter because they won't pursue it.

Fact is national politicians (and probably state ones too) have been using private servers to get around FOIA requests for quite some time. Colin Powell is the one who told Hillary what he did and that's what her server was based on.
