Thanks for the comments 
and saeedavril thanks for reminding me about my bad textures lol I'm trying to improve but I'm looking for a good tutorial.
Here's another player after seeing him in action today I decided to make his face, It's just a first attempt so mind the horrible textures.
I spend more time on the model than making the texture.
I'm going to update him tomorrow because my time was very limited today.

Looks great. I don't really know how to make faces, but I will give my input anyways: I would say that, of the hair options you listed, the one below looks better. Asian guy's hairs are always a pain to find out, at least I think so (Havenaar is not so asian, but his hair is lol). I believe head shape and texture are fine, though.
