European Quilification Manager mode bug

Hello guys. I have some problems with the European Quilification spots in different countries. The biggest problem that i have now is that in the dutch competition the 3th gets a spot in the Champions Cup play-offs and the 2th go's to Euro League. I have the same problem in the Premier League with the 4th and 5th spot.

Can someone please help me ? Thanks ;-)
