hy exocyst, i'm using a collection of your files...

They're working smoothly as butter, simply fantastic!

But i got a bug, everytime i wanna change team into the carrer mode as a manager, EVERY single team i ask for, refuse me saying they have looked at my CV and they're going on another candidate

It's like that if i'm going very well (won Maisterschale and went on the final of Uefa Champions League with Borussia Dortmund) and i'm asking for any kind of team, from Friburgo, OL, to ManUTD! ! !

I think that the only file i've installed which changed something and created that bug, can be your cmsetting.ini, i've searched in it, but i cannot find anything related to job offers...could you look at it?

I didn't alter anything with regards to job switching...
Could you make sure that it works with the default cmsettings.ini? I don't want to fix EA's bugs

If it does work with original cmsettings.ini, post here and then I'll try to figure out the bug.

Nope man, the problem was not into your files...
...anyway solved it just editing joboffer.ini file, then the 1st job apply that I did, was accepted...
1 year at Borussia Dortmund, won che Maisterschale and went to the final match of the UEFA Champions League (lost against Real Madrid), guess there's nothing bad if ManUtd accepted my job app

I have started a career as a pro with QPR ( created player 78OVR and put into QPR as 1st team player) 0. The first season is over. I thought QPR would want to buy some star player considering the budget they have. But all its buying is players that are worse than the substitutes in the team. If at anytime I were to retire as a pro and become QPR's manager ( have tried this), QPR will have enough budget to buy any player except Perhaps messi . If it has so much money than why have I as a pro have to play with ageing players. Why is QPR not buying players when it has so much transfer budget?

I am ready to start from the first season again. But is there any way to change Club's behaviour regarding buying players?

Its totally unrealistic of a club having so much transfer budget and yet spending it on cheap players who may not even get to play a single match. Please, need your help.

Players are tired too fast. This leads to unrealistic squard rotation, especially in combination with imperfect ea's calendar.

But thank you for 6 friendlies - it's a good thing.

Thanks for your edits. Hope you can improve some things. For instance, I still get a very high transfer budget with Arsenal (not realistic) after one season. Can it be reduced?

I like to tweak the career mode files to improve my game experience. In this thread I will provide the tweaks I have made to improve my own personal experience.

Reduced Transfers
Expanded friendlies w/ 11 substitutions
Updated fitness model

Collected files:
transfers.ini: Increased failed transfer negotiations.
transferteamdescision.ini: Reduced Transfers settings
settings.txt: expanded (11) substitutions during friendlies (simulation only)
cmsettings.ini: expanded friendlies and default fitness model
cmsettings.ini: expanded friendlies and updated fitness model
cmsettings.ini: default (3) friendlies and updated fitness model

Installation instructions:
1. Install files to correct directory:

2. Check out iar68's tools thread, and download the excellent i68regenerator

3. Run the i68regenerator in your FIFA/Game directory. This program will search your fifa directory for custom files and remove them from the data1.bh header file. This way the game will know to use the file in your directory and not in the data1.big storage file.

only if the file contents match 100%.

i am sure you could use the values from last year this year but results may vary.

It worked! It's alright for me to reset the career mode since I am waiting for baddie's tool (just so I could update traits and stats easier and I can't follow Rev Mod's way of adding kits).

CM13 isn't stable tool for now. It has been converted from CM12 & still beta.
i think your problem related to what i said.
You have to use DB Master 12 to edit your db.
