Extract fbx files problem!

HELLO GUYS

I am a old FIFA/PES facemaker. I want to go back to editing faces but I'm not able to extract the files.
I have been researching a lot in the last few days but I still haven't managed to extract any files.
After extracting a file, the destination folder is empty. I noticed that the "Mesh Export Settings" command does not contain the "FlattenHierarchy" option ... Is that the problem? Please someone help me !!
