but what the hell. I just got back from the qualifying. Damn. great atmosphere.

there was this one McLaren dude on top of the paddock going "YEAH!!" when Alonso finished his last lap at P1, only for Massa to take P1 in the last second to the cheers of the thousands of Ferrari supporters.

You have my permission to discuss. Quali was ok for the quali-standards these days, but I can't get excited about them without actually being at the track.

Nice scrap, if a bit irresponsible from Massa. Hamilton looked the more experienced driver there...

Not one of us predicted a non-finisher, although Massa did try. The average was ok, not very good. The result caught us all by surprise, only 3 people got the winner right. Only one person predicted someone who finished completely outside the points.

King failed to participate, and drops away big time. ScimitarPES2 showed a rare bad result, but is still in touch with the leaders. Still plenty of races to go.

Ah well, another solidly pathetic performance from Tom, i retain my Middlesborough reference.

EDIT - good race by the way, thought Hamilton was ace, gave Alonso the space to carry off an easy win. Massa threw it away on several occasions in my opinion. Button's lacklustre start continues, have a feeling Honda won't be competing for points too much this season.
