I am using the FA MOD, I can not assign the cup stadium to the Russian champion's team, it is possible to get it with that mod, or only with authorization. I've changed there in CG File, but nothing has changed in the game, what can it be?

The CGFE tool doesn't always save edits, that's one possibility. Or maybe you're using the tool incorrectly, can't know that. But I would guess you still need to transfer the WC stadium data from the WC db files, to the default db files. It's a bit of work to do that, there is a beginning tutorial on page 16 of the CGFE thread.

What is FA Mod? That a Moddingway mod? EDIT: Yeah, Google stills works and now I know lol.
