damn, I wrote a lot!!!


and Basten, I bought Kuzmichev and Sidelnikov

I just took over Man Utd and the first thing I did was I went to Spartak and offered 10 million pounds for Kuzmichev and 10 million pounds for Sidelnikov. Spartak agreed. Also, I sold almost all players (inlcuding Cole, Yorke, Beckham, Stam, Bosnich, Gary Neville, Philip Neville and others) and bought Denilson for 40 million pounds. that was in the same season. then, I took over other club and watched how Man. Utd progressed over seasons. They sucked. they had too much non-u.s players, including Sidelnikov, who was the only goalie. As the goalie, computer put Giggs, not Sidelnikov, because I bought 3 russians (sidelnikov, kuzmichev and khlestov) and Denilson and Kuzmichev, Khlestov and Denilson all were better than sidelnikov. So, the goalie was Giggs with overall skill of 4. Manu lost their games like 9:3, 6:3, etc and got relegated .

there is a patch that changes N9 into his real name Ronaldo but i forgot were is the site, if anybody know it please tell me.

to change his name isn't hard, it's easy with hexediting:
In your HEX editor open up core.str and then using your editors search option do an ANSI String search for the players name you want to edit and then just change the letters in then ANSI part of the HEX file change the origanal players name thats there to the players name you want and the editor will put the HEX code in for you.

please tell me if it worked, 'cause I never tried to change players' names

and Nik, I can send you the tutorial how to hexedit the game. Although it didn't work for me because it is written pretty unclearly, but I know people who accomplished that. If you want it, email me at [email protected]

Ok, Vasco!

If you don't want your player's work permit to be denied (for example Weah's), Weah must play 75% of games HE IS ELIGIBLE FOR. Injuries won't count. And look over your game CD if you have a non-warez version. I think in "Autorun" folder on your CD there is a readme.txt file that has a lot of tips you can really use.

I don't like the game much, read my last posts............

yeah, and if you have work permit denied, you must sell the player. But I am not 100% sure about what I wrote on my last post because I usually play in English Leagues. English leagues are different than Italian.

I would like to help -- although I haven't played the game in a while, I still accomplished a lot in it and played for a pretty long period of time. Well, it took me long enough to realize that the game stinks.

Ok, so, would please state your problem more clarly, smelltheglove.
If you mean how to train your players, so that the so called "stats" would change, I would tell you -- players' skill changes as the player grows, gets older. Well, if you do not train your player, I mean you give him some rest all the time, his skill may not change through the years. However, some players get their overall skill level change all the time -- doesn't matter if you train them or not. I never looked on players' stats.
And another problem in the game -- they call stats as player's skills, not how he played, how many goals scored, etc. So, if you tell your problem more clearly you would get the answer, probably from me.

Well, when I was searching warez sites, I wanted to download Football World Manager. Well, I found a site, downloaded the game (took me all day) but when I played it, it turned out to be FA Premier Football League Manager 2k, which I already bought.

this topic is so big that I am kinda tired of saying the same thing all over again.

Ok,
here we go
I have got a letter from Stephen Cooper about 3 months ago. That letter told how to hexedit the game. It never worked for me, though, maybe because the guy that was writing it (it wasn't Stephen Cooper) was not an Englishman, so I just couldn't understand what the letter said. There, it tells you how to hexedit budgets, player stats/skill. I know people who tried it and it worked.

Does anyone know if someone has or could make an editor for FA Premier League Football Manager 2000 ?
I have tried Hex editing and no success. Also with Stephen Cooper's letter. Please try and help me and many others.

Well, I think it's hella hard. If there would be a FA PFLM2k online or a site that talks about the game, then maybe.

I don't know, maybe there will be a guy like Chau who will do that kind of tremendous work, but I don't know...

Do u guys know where i can download a full version of championship manager 99/00 ????
if yes, i will really apriciate it if u tell me where. I cant even find a place where to order it online. But i d much rather download it somewhere without wasting another $30-40 as i did for FAPLM2000
FAPLM2000 is not that bad, but the bugs are killing me. I was in the 3rd season, bought a great 18 year old goalie, saved the game.... goalie was on my team, i paid his wages, but he wasnt in my roster list. couldnt put him in the game. Sold him, bought another one....same thing!!!
Sucks
Never mind players that die....
