I just wanted to chime in on the conversation about the changes in the modding community. I too miss the old days, but the best we can do is to be the change we would like to see. I have always shared all of my work, and there are others who do the same still. The monetizing of modding has made it seem like there are no community oriented modders, but that’s because they infiltrated the forums and discord servers and people fail to realize that everything they are selling can be obtained for free. This whole notion of “it’s my work, so I should be able to sell it” is ludicrous. The meshes in the game were not made by modders, they were made by EA. The textures are the same. Editing the work of others does not provide proprietary ownership over something that was never theirs to begin with. It’s the monetizing that is the real poison… perhaps it’s a generational change. If so, we are headed for a sad future

That is the reason i want to engage more people to cooperate, continue improving the free modding community. People here are making the same mods (even better working) than most paid ones. Some people in last few weeks wanted to stop sharing their work, and it's a shame, that's why i felt we need some action.
Difference with free and $ mods are simply motivational. Free modders put much more work and effort in creating things and making it work as perfect as it can be, yet paid ones base their work on money even if things are buggy ("well we took the money, who cares if we have buggy mods").
They can't last forever, and they are minority. That's why i don't see a reason for free modders to stop and "surrender" to those spoiled selfish people, we should be above that and work like before, or even better.

The Pedri face looks great @lth19951021, will definitely be following this thread. Maybe you can list down the faces you are working on that you need our help with suggesting base head and hair models?

Also @shoneroma90 and @riesscar just wanted to say thank you for your modding work and beliefs in a free modding community as I myself have seen the changes back from years ago till now. BTW @shoneroma90 I am working on an Icon-based mod myself that I will be happy to add to your list!

Thanks mate. I will make faces one by one and I haven’t decided who is next. There are some criteria for picking a player, i.e. high overall and potential rating, high quality head portraits and no free mod available in the community. Maybe I will start a poll later, so you guys can vote!
