Is this hair model you sent converted?
If not, you need to convert it yourself

I'm sure it's converted and working in F14, just no scaled.
Will double check in the evening.

The model I sent is F14 format, just not scaled.

But the model from yout archive crashes the game.

I didn't done anything to it than importing to blender, editing and then exporting
