Man, first, provide good front and side pics of u WITHOUT hair on the forehead!) Try not to use flash w/o bouncer...if u don't have bouncer, make a photo somewhere on the street in dusk weather! and face expression should be serious - WITHOUT smile) I mean try to imagine that u're on the pitch)
