It's great, but as you can see on the picture you posted, he has his hair behind his ears, so you can see the ears.. He always has that...

well i think that the texture is amazing but the shape isn't that amazing..try to base yourself on the photo...i mean...his jaw must be larger as well as his nose...bigger ears...fix his hair too...it'll be very good =) congrats
