well, we cant tell you too much about this model cuz is ea's model, try with an unmade ea face and we'll see, about text is not my stronger part too but you can use some little parts from other texts or pics for improve the eyebrows, lips and nose sides

Before asking for requests it's better to practice more. Especially modelling and attention to the details. No need to take requests - you'll be limited to the small range of players. Choose someone with great photos but unmade one (there are MANY in Eredivisie and ProLeague and they DO have just wonderful photos). Make some faces by your own, train a bit and only after that take requests.
