Nice faces!
Next time post pictures for unknown players:
Navas looks amazing! Update the mustache(the part under the nose) a little bit, maybe make the eyes a little bit narrow, rest looks nice!
Natcho is very very similar! Just make him lighter, because he isn't dark skinned.
Agapov is perfect! Just add a little more beard stubbles.
Salata is not so similar. Update the expression and work more on his face.
Falikaev looks nice but I can't say more, because I can't find pictures of him.

Julio Cesar looks nice, nice texture, just update the eyebrows.
Almeida looks fantastic.
Negredo is fantastic, nearly perfect, just the head-form is weird.
Čorluka is again fantastic!

Man, congratulations and welcome to this forum! You make fantastic faces. Hope you continue doing unmade players, or players which need to be updated. Btw, are you really new? Those faces are pretty amazing and it seems like you are doing faces for a long time. Greetings!

And I have only one more thing to say:
Please don't use generic hair on your faces, because that makes them look more generic and so, more badly ingame. Rest is good :)
