wow I just noticed that too, my firewall eliminated the program as fast as it opened. this happened too with previous versions, try to change the date of your pc to 2012

It happened to me as well

I reinstalled cyber faces converter and before launching ,I did go to Avast settings and put it to not be "scanned",it worked
